The WCoP Sponsors – HIP Female Skills Competition 2026.
Throughout February and March, our members travelled across three regions of the country to support some of the most promising emerging talent in the industry. Level 2 and Level 3 female plumbing and heating learners, aged 16 and above, took part in a live practical installation challenge for the chance to win this prestigious award.
We were genuinely impressed by every competitor and the exceptional skill on display. The competition offers a fantastic opportunity for learners to build confidence, connect with others in the trade, develop new techniques, and work with industry-leading products. And of course, the generous prizes provided by all the sponsors added even more excitement to the experience.
It was a pleasure meeting the competitors and the dedicated lecturers who support them.
