Plumbers, Plague and Pestilence

At this time, when there is much alarm and despondency, it is easy to forget that in the years since 1365 there have been many challenges for the Worshipful Company of Plumbers. Past Master Rodney Cartwright whose speciality as a member of the medical profession was microbiology and infectious diseases, has penned a brief description of some of the plagues and pestilences that have occurred during the past 655 years.
