Spanish Cheese and Wine Tasting
Mollie Watson from ‘LoveCheese’ will talk about Spanish cheese and tutor tasting of six types of Spanish cheese, which will be mailed (with a bottle of Vega Badenes Verdejo and Marcellino Rioja Crianza) to you – ample for two to share the event on line – on Wednesday 18 November 2020 at 6:00pm. Event now closed for bookings.
This is a most enticing event which has been enjoyed by several other Livery Companies. Those placing an order will receive a Zoom link for the tutored tasting of the six types of Spanish cheese, accompanied by the two Spanish wines and which will last up to 75 minutes, allowing for questions. You will receive a box and which contains the following:
- Your two bottles of wine, a white and red: Vega Badenes Verdejo & Marcellino Rioja Crianza
- Your six different 80g portions of Spanish Cheese: Tetilla DOP, Torta de Barros, Mahon DOP (6 months), Murcia al Vino, Manchego Curado and La Peral
- A pot of Gordal Pitted Olives
- Tasting Notes
The cost of this event per box (which is ample for two!) is just £48.00. Please note that places for this event are limited to 25 so book early through the link below.
Payment of £48.00 is through the Company Office, ideally by BACS (sort code 16-00-15, account number 23161144). Exceptionally, payment can be made by cheque made payable to The Worshipful Company of Plumbers and sent to the Company Office.
