Who can attend
The event is open to new Freemen, all Liverymen, and their partners and guests. It is a fantastic way to socialise with other members of the Company, make business contacts, or introduce potential new members to the fellowship of the Plumbers.

The booking system has changed. Payment is made upfront, not to the Hall, nor through the Company Office.

Your booking will only be final after payment is made.
A Menu Selector will be made available in early September when you will have the option to pay for a 3rd course and/or a beef supplement.
Booking will close at 6pm on Sunday, 6th September.
Enquiries to book later are at the discretion of the organiser and the Hall, and if allowed, may be given “Chef’s Choice” as menu selections and dietaries cannot be guaranteed.
Places strictly limited to 50.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate circumstances that you or any guests are not able to attend, please apply to the organiser for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee, by 6pm on Sunday, 6th September.
No refunds after 6th September.
