Louchavan’s achievement is far more than entrepreneurial success — it is a powerful statement of purpose, representation, and social impact. Speaking about his win, he said: “I did not step on that stage just for PH247. I stood there to speak for the millions of people who feel unseen, unheard and underestimated. The impossible is truly possible when purpose is bigger than fear.”

At just ten years old, Louchavan experienced homelessness as a result of being failed by a rogue plumber — an experience that shaped his life’s mission. Today, through PH247, he is transforming that early hardship into purpose by empowering disadvantaged young adults, providing them with skills, mentorship, and employment opportunities within the plumbing and heating industry.

Louchavan is redefining what it means to be a leader in modern British craftsmanship, combining technical excellence with deep social responsibility. He expressed heartfelt thanks to Lloyds Business & Commercial, the competition judges, and the UK Black Business Show for creating platforms that celebrate innovation and positive impact. He also paid tribute to the other finalists, recognising the immense courage and excellence displayed on stage.

Reflecting on his journey, he added: “This journey is bigger than me. It is about changing lives — and we are just getting started.”
